  3. 1 tbsyeast
  4. 1/2 tbssalt
  5. 1egg
  6. 1/2 tbsvanilla essence

  8. Warm water

    Mix the ingredients

    Sprinkle flour, kneed 8–10 mins, doughy should be soft, put in a bowl

    Cover and rest for at least 40–50mins

    Divide 15parts, make 15 balls, flat gently

  5. 5

    Cover and rest maximum 1hr, cooking oil at low heat

  6. 6

    Coat icing sugar, hole with a knife Nutella 250grm at room temperature

  7. 7

    Pipping bag, round tip lightly press
