I love simmered pork cubes. I created this ramen soup because I wanted to use the simmering broth left over from preparing them.

-If you don't have 1000 ml of the soup stock, add water.
-Make sure to use soup stock without seasonings. For 2-3 servings. Recipe by mi0921

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1000 mlSoup stock from pork belly cubes
  2. 2 tbspChinese whole chicken stock powder
  3. 4 tbspSoy sauce
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 1 tspGrated garlic
  6. 1 tspSesame oil
  7. 1optional Boiling water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cool down the soup stock. Skim off the white fat that's floated to the top. (If you prefer richer flavours, you can try leaving it in.)

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil, and it's done. (Skim off the scum.)

  3. 3

    [To finish] Add boiling water to adjust the taste to your liking.
