Soy Sauce Ramen Soup (Rearranged Simmered Pork Belly Cubes)

I love simmered pork cubes. I created this ramen soup because I wanted to use the simmering broth left over from preparing them.
-If you don't have 1000 ml of the soup stock, add water.
-Make sure to use soup stock without seasonings. For 2-3 servings. Recipe by mi0921

Steps
- 1
Cool down the soup stock. Skim off the white fat that's floated to the top. (If you prefer richer flavours, you can try leaving it in.)
- 2
Add all the ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil, and it's done. (Skim off the scum.)
- 3
[To finish] Add boiling water to adjust the taste to your liking.
