Microwaved Strawberry Bread Pudding

I combined seasonal strawberries with bread pudding using Chojuku bread that has a tender flavor and a moist texture. There won't be many dirty dishes if you use a silicon steamer, and it's also very easy to make for you to enjoy sweetened buns on the busiest mornings.
It rises when microwaved, but it won't spill if measured correctly. You can make an easy dessert if you change the measurements to 50 ml milk, 50 ml fresh cream, and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. For serving 1, 1 silicon steamer (400 ml) worth. Recipe by vegeful

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Chop the bread into bite-sizes. Remove the stems from the strawberries and gently wipe any dirt using kitchen paper. Chop into half lengthwise.
- 2
Crack an egg into a silicon steamer. Add sugar and mix well using chopsticks. Add milk and liquor, then mix well.
- 3
Soak the bread in the liquid. Align the strawberries and cover with a lid. Microwave for 3 minutes at 500W. Remove the lid and microwave for another minute to finish.
- 4
It's delightful when hot and also after it has cooled. Serve with powdered sugar, honey, or maple syrup if you wish.
- 5
I used Pasco's Chojuku Bread. It has a simple yet tender flavor that goes well with all sorts of ingredients.
- 6
I used Pasco's 420 ml silicon steamer. The size is just right to serve 1 person. It's very convenient as it can be folded.

I made a cinnamon cake but it fell apart when I tried to remove it from the cake pan, so I added it to this bread pudding. In order to avoid lots of dirty dishes, I make this directly in the heat-resistant dishes. If you don't add anything, you can make a normal custard pudding. In that case, strain the egg mixture before pouring it into the dishes. Microwaved Bread Pudding for One Microwaved Bread Pudding for One
When I felt like having some bread pudding while alone, I impulsively came up with this recipe while using a previous microwaved custard pudding recipe that I liked as a reference. I used 1 mug + 1 spoon to make it simple. To prevent it from overflowing, fill the cup with bread only up to about 90% of the way. While microwaving, keep your eye on it. If it seems like it is going to gush out, stop heating it. Let it rest and then heat it up again. The cooking time will differ depending on your microwave, so adjust accordingly. Recipe by Punopuno. Yields enough for 1 mug, about 300 ml. cookpad.japan -

This is an easy recipe for a beautiful blueberry dessert. Inspired by some of my nagging friends & coworkers. I have a blueberry bush at my home. I have been asked over the years to make bb muffins or a bb pie. However, I am not a baker. This recipe was easy though. So here it is. Cher -

Bread Pudding Bread Pudding
Bread pudding. Every good cook should make it once, and then maybe just move on. It's been done to death and in every horrible form imaginable. But, it's a forgiving introduction to custard, and if you do it right, it's pretty tasty. Ryan Goodwin
