Cucumbers with Shiso and Mayonnaise Dip

I used the cucumber and shiso leaves left over after making(Easy Chikuwa with Cucumber, Ume, Shiso Leaves) to make another dish.

I used about a teaspoon of wasabi paste. Please adjust the amount to your taste. Recipe by Snow*Love

Ingredients

  1. 1as much (to taste) Cucumbers
  2. 3 tbspMayonnaise
  3. 7to 8 ◆ Shiso leaves
  4. 1 tsp◆ Wasabi paste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Finely chop the shiso leaves. (Wash the shiso leaves first, and roll them up to make chopping them easier.) Cut the cucumbers in half, then into sticks.

    Put the ◆ ingredients in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Mix well, and it's done!

  4. 4

    Transfer to serving plates and serve!
