Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1/2 cupwater
  3. 1/4 cupmilk (omit milk if you want to make rock buns)
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 cupsugar or to your taste
  6. 1/2 tspcinnamon powder(optional)
  7. 2 tbspunsalted butter (if you are using salted butter, omit the salt)
  8. 1egg
  9. 1 tspbaking powder (you can omit the baking powder if you're using self raising flour)
  10. And lastly, a pinch of love

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well

  2. 2

    Add the butter and mix well until it looks like breadcrumbs

  3. 3

    Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture and add the wet ingredients, mixing with your hand until there are no lumps

  4. 4

    Allow to rest for ten minutes, using your hands cut into balls and fry

  5. 5

    Drizzle with honey or chocolate hazelnut spread and enjoy with a refreshing drink

  6. 6

    Tip: you can put the batter into a disposable bag,cut a hole at the tip of the bag and press using a clean scissors to cut it into the frying pan
