In winter we get all these vegetables on big amount.today we prepare mix vegetable sabji for tiffin box. Today we are going to make mix vegetable with the help of many visitables like potato ,.green peas ,carrot, cauliflower, tomato etc.

Cooking Instructions

For this recipe first cut all vegetables wash it properly now take a big kadai and add oil and give tadka with the help of mustard seeds and cumin seeds then add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste it. Soute it till onion become transparent. Then add chopped tomato.

Now add gram flour turmeric powder Kanda lahsun masala garam masala and stir it. Now add chopped veggies and mix it well. Add water and keep medium flame for next 7 to 8 minutes

At last add crushed popy seeds and peanut seeds also add chopped coriander. Serve vegetable with chapati, roti, Puri, paratha.
