This recipe is awesome.It is healthy,tasty and mouthwatering.It has Vit.A,iron , protein etc.I have made it with kabuli chane,spinach,ginger, garlic and some easily available spices.

Cook kabuli chane with 3 cups of water, salt,tea bag and amla in a pressure cooker for 20 min.Let it cool.Remove the tea bag.

Grind spinach to make puree.

Heat oil in a karahi,add asafoetida and cumin.Saute.Add.green chilli,garlic and ginger.Fry.Add onion and cook for 5-6 min.or it becomes brown.Add all the spices and cook.Now add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the spices.Add spinach puree and cook for 3-4 min.

Add kabuli chane with water into it and mix.Cook it for 5-6 min.Add tamarind paste and mix.Cook it for 2 min.

Your super healthy masaledar chole is ready to serve.Enjoy it with rice or poori.
