Best milk shake , dessert when topped with cake or friuts
Cooking Instructions

In a pan sieve granulated sugar to remove unwanted materials

Place in a dry heated pan and stir until it melts and becomes thick

In a kettle add 100ml water, add washed lemon grass leaves and bring to boil in 5minutes.

Using a sieve add water to the melting sugar. If using powdered milk, add sieved milk in and mix until the mixture becomes warm

If using evaporated milk warm on the fire over low heat add add to sugar

Using a whisk mix the milk,(heavy cream) and sugar mixture together

In a clean dry pan separate egg white from egg yolk discard egg white and whisk egg yolk until it changes colour and foams

Add one cap vanilla essence, honey and another other flavour of your choice

Add the mixture to the milk and sugar mixture and whisk together until it thickens. (If desired thickness is not obtained add few spoons of corn starch and whisk untill it thickness

Garnish with strawberries and blueberries, cake chops, cookies or any other fruit combo of your choice

Place in a refrigerator to cool for 10minutes

Serve with a tea spoon. Best dessert I love
