Cute and Delicious Piped Cookies

I wanted to create a recipe for heavenly smelling and crispy piped cookies made with butter and heavy cream. These are so cute, and you can vary them with different kinds of toppings, like jam, chocolate chips, and citrus peel! It would be nice to give an assortment of these cookies as a gift.
Make sure the egg yolk and butter are at room temperature. Don't forget to sift the cake flour 2-3 times. If you use a plastic bag for a piping bag, it might rip, so I recommend using a heavy-duty piping bag (mine ripped since it was from a 100 yen shop). Make lots of different flavors and shapes and enjoy! Recipe by Toiroiro

Steps
- 1
Let the butter come to room temperature and mix with a whisk until light.
- 2
Add the granulated sugar and mix.
- 3
Mix until light-colored and fluffy.
- 4
Add the egg yolk and mix again.
- 5
Add the heavy cream and vanilla oil and mix.
- 6
Sift the cake flour 2-3 times, add it and fold it in with a rubber spatula until the flour is incorporated. The dough is ready.
- 7
Put the dough in a piping bag, and pipe into round cookies. I put a sheet with circles printed on it underneath so all the cookies would be the same size. Just remember to remove the sheet before baking.
- 8
Try using a star tip to pipe out 3 connected lines like in the picture to make a pretty cookie.
- 9
Add some jam to a plastic bag and cut off the tip. Squeeze the jam onto the center of the cookies. It's best to squeeze lightly.
- 10
Topping the cookies with some citrus peel looks nice, too.
- 11
Bake for 13-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 170ºC (338 Fahrenheit). Transfer to a cooling rack. After they cool off, they're done!
- 12
These cookies are so good - they're crispy and melt in your mouth. Top them with jam and other toppings and enjoy all the delicious flavors you can make!
