Ingredients

  1. 11/2 CupSemolina Flour
  2. 20 gPowdered Milk
  3. 2-3 tbsSugar
  4. Cinnamon Stick 1
  5. 1/4 tspVanilla Flavour
  6. 1/4 tspStrawberry Flavour
  7. Water (controlled)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix flour with water to get a medium consistency,not too thick,not too light, set aside

  2. 2

    Now, pour 3/4Cup of water to a big pot,add other ingredients, stir,bring to a boil,watch it so milk does not spill over

  3. 3

    Once it boils, remove from heat,this is to avoid lumps,add flour mixture, stir well

  4. 4

    Set flame on low, return pot,stir continuously,till thick,you may loosen it up,if you want it lighter by adding lil more water, continue the stir,taste to adjust for proper doneness before you remove from heat finally

  5. 5

    Plate and enjoy 🤗💃
