Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupdehydrated onions flakes
  2. 1/3 cupmolasses
  3. 1-1/2 cupsdiced gammon
  4. 48 ouncespork and Beans
  5. 1 teaspoonground black pepper optional

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat the beans and add in the Gammon and Molasses. Simmer for 4 minutes and stir in the onion.

    Stir in well and turn heat on low and lightly simmer for 30 minutes. Stir as needed. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. I hope you enjoy!!!

This will seem strange, no doubt, but I like pork and beans with Mexican food. Instead of refried beans I'll use the pork and beans in its place. Tostadas, tacos, fajitas, etc! Lol
