Ingredients

  1. 210 GramsSpelt flour, whole wheat or GF flour
  2. 1/3 CupsOrganic pure cane sugar or 1/2 Cup chopped dates
  3. 1 TSPBaking powder
  4. 1 TSPBaking soda
  5. 1 Pinchmineral salt
  6. 1/3 Cupneutral flavored oil or coconut oil in liquid state / vegan butter
  7. 1 TSPVanilla esence
  8. 4small overripe bananas
  9. 1/4 Cupalmond milk

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven at 350 degrees

    Mix dry ingredients

  3. 3

    Melt butter and mix with wet ingredients, works better if you blend them all together

  4. 4

    Line your 8×4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper and spray it with nonstick cooking spray

  5. 5

    Mix dry and wet ingredients and pour into your loaf pan, optional add chocolate chips

  6. 6

    Bake for 1 hour or until a tester inserted into the middle comes out clean or with just a few crumbs attached
