Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lbred beans, dried
  2. 1/2red bell pepper, chopped
  3. 1/2onion, chopped
  4. 1.5 tspgarlic
  5. 1/4 lbsandouille sausage, sliced
  6. 1.5 tbspCreole seasoning
  7. Rice

Cooking Instructions

    Soak red beans overnight.

    Add red beans, 3.5 cups water, red bell pepper, onion, 1.5 tsp garlic, sausage, and 1.5 tbsp Creole seasoning to Dutch oven.

    Cook until heated through.

    Place in Pyrex container and freeze.

  5. 5

    Once ready to eat, thaw overnight. Cook rice and reheat on stove. Serve red beans on top of rice.
