I was given canned crab, so I made this.

This is easy, so I don't have tips. You can use whatever you like for the ingredients. You can also top it with pickled red ginger. Make it simple and enjoy. For 3-4 people. Recipe by NumaYuu

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 700 gramsWhite rice
  2. 2 tspSake
  3. 3 cmKombu
  4. Sushi vinegar
  5. 3 tbspVinegar
  6. 2 tbspSugar
  7. 1 1/2 tspSalt
  8. Additions:
  9. 1Sesame seeds
  10. 1Shredded nori seaweed
  11. 1Canned crab meat (or imitation crab)
  12. 1Ikura
  13. 4leaves Shiso leaves
  14. 1if you have it Sprouts
  15. 1/4Lemon (for garnish)
  16. 1Avocado
  17. 1/4Lemon (for the avocado)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add washed rice, sake, and konbu seaweed to the rice cooker, add in water as recommended by the rice cooker, and cook.

    Add the ingredients from step 1 to a large bowl, add in the mixed sushi vinegar briskly mix as if cutting the rice, cover with a wet towel, and let cool until it is cool to the touch.

    Dice the avocado into large pieces, and sprinkle lemon juice.

  4. 4

    Make a bed of the sushi rice and top with shredded seaweed, white sesame, crab, avocado, salmon roe, shiso leaves, lemon, and sprouts in that order, and it is done.
