Easy Homemade Chicken Kebab Style

★Thanks for 100 reviews★ I loved the chicken kebab at a Turkish restaurant, so I made my own version! Using chili powder makes it easy and the flavor is spot on.
The origin of this recipe
I had chicken kebab at a Turkish restaurant. I was surprised because I thought kebabs were only made with lamb or beef. It was so delicious that I adapted it for home! Slicing raw chicken thighs thinly is tough, so I pre-cook them in the microwave. Once cooked, slicing thinly is a breeze! Butter rice is recommended.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Spread the chicken thigh on a plate, sprinkle lightly with sake, and microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
*It's okay if it's raw since it will be cooked later. - 2
Slice thinly to about 3/4 inch length.
*Imagine slicing doner kebab meat. - 3
Mix the meat with the ★ ingredients.
- 4
Sear lightly until browned.
*No oil needed, cook on high heat without touching for 1 minute, then stir roughly once it starts to brown. Overcooking will make it tough. - 5
Chili powder used this time (purchased at Kaldi)
- 6
Cook rice slightly firm, then mix with 1 teaspoon butter and a pinch of salt (for one bowl of rice). - 7
Make Thousand Island dressing and pour over the meat.
- 8
You can use a toaster oven instead of a frying pan. Line a tray with aluminum foil, spread the meat evenly, heat for 3 minutes, and it's done.
- 9
You can also serve it on lettuce as a rice bowl. It's delicious with shredded cheese on top, like taco rice.

Chicken Keema Kebab Chicken Keema Kebab
#Bandhan - Here are some amazing and delicious Chicken Mince Kababs that can be served as appetizers. Prepared from some leftover cooked keema, I added boiled sweet potato and chana dal along with some finely chopped coriander stalks, coriander leaves and other spices. These kababs tastes awesome with some green chutney and onion rings as accompaniments. They can also be had with naan / tandoori roti or stuffed inside parathas as a roll along with sliced onion, lettuce and mayonnaise / ketchup / mustard sauce. The options are plenty. Bethica Das -
