Ingredients

15 mini kebabs
  • 250 gramsground beef
  • 4 slicesbread
  • 1 tbspgarlic paste
  • 1 tspshallot paste
  • 1/2 tspchili paste
  • 2 tspcurry powder
  • 1/2 tspmustard powder
  • 2 tsptomato ketchup
  • 2eggs
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspoil
  • Oil for frying (I used about 2 tbsp)

Steps

  1. 1

    Tear the bread into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients and use your hand to mix all of them well.

  3. 3

    Form a patty using your hands, carefully pat it to create a solid form. Insert a skewer in the middle.

  4. 4

    Heat the oil in a pan. I use medium heat.

  5. 5

    Put the kebabs inside the pan and rotate them every minute or so until they are cooked.
