Clear Soup with Costco Beef Chunks

This is a light clear soup using Costco's beef block, which often ends up being too much for just two people.
The origin of this recipe
My wife wanted to eat beef tendon soup like the one she had at a local yakitori restaurant, so I tried making it with Costco's beef block. Although the taste was different, it was well-received. I also referred to Recipe ID:18669520.
Cooking Instructions

Add the beef cut into bite-sized pieces, green onion, ginger, sake, and mirin, then add enough water to cover the beef.

Boil under high pressure in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes, then wait for the pressure to release.

Strain the broth through a sieve lined with a paper towel and remove the boiled beef.

Place the beef in a bowl with water and remove the ginger.

Return the strained broth and washed beef to the pressure cooker, add onion, daikon radish, carrot, and bouillon, and simmer under low pressure for 20 minutes.
