Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 150 gpork tenderloin
  2. 1 clovegarlic
  3. 1 teaspoonolive oil
  4. 1 teaspoonwhole grain mustard
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsoy sauce
  6. 1/2 teaspoonmirin
  7. Optional: side vegetables of your choice

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the pork tenderloin into slices about 1cm thick and pound them with the back of a knife.

    Coat the pork slices with flour and shake off any excess.

  3. 3

    Add olive oil and sliced garlic to a frying pan and heat. Once fragrant, remove the garlic and add the pork slices.

    Once the pork is browned, add the ingredients marked with ☆ and coat the pork evenly. Serve on a plate and garnish with the garlic you set aside in step 3.
