  1. 2 lbpork tenderloin* – trimmed of fat and silver-skin
  2. 4 tbspmustard
  3. 4 Tbspyogurt
  4. 3 Tbspolive oil
  5. 2 clovesgarlic – minced
  6. 2 Tbspfresh minced rosemary
  7. to tasteSalt and pepper

    Heat grill to high, clean the grates before they get too hot and oil the grates

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients, except for tenderloins, in bowl

  3. 3

    Remove visible fat and silver-skin from tenderloins

  4. 4

    Rub mustard/yogurt mixture all over pork

  5. 5

    Grill pork uncovered, turning once, until the meat feels springy, not mushy, when squeezed (150° to 155°F)

  6. 6

    Remove from grill and let rest for at least five minutes before serving. Approximate preparation time 35 minutes.
