Ingredients

  1. 2 lbpork tenderloin
  2. 1 tbspsalt
  3. 2 tspblack pepper
  4. 2 tbspolive oil
  5. 4garlic cloves crushed
  6. 2 tspdried rosemary
  7. 1 tspdried thyme
  8. 1 tspdried basil

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425° F

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients except for pork in a small bowl.

  3. 3

    Rub mixture on meat with your fingers. Massage it into pork making sure all meat is covered.

  4. 4

    Place pork on a roasting pan. Cook for 25-30 min or until internal temperature reaches 155° F.

  5. 5

    Remove from oven and let rest about 10 min. (It will continue to cook while resting.)

  6. 6

    Slice and serve.
