Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupoats
  2. 2 tablespoonssemolina
  3. 1/2 cupmoong sprouts1 cucumber
  4. 1green chilli
  5. 1 tablespooncoriander leaves
  6. 1/2 cupcurd
  7. 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  8. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper pwder
  9. SomeOil to grease the pan

Cooking Instructions

    Grind the oats coarsely

  2. 2

    Mix with semolina.

  3. 3

    Add curd in it

  4. 4

    Add grated cucumber, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves in this mixture

  5. 5

    Add sprouts in it and add water to make a smooth thick batter

  6. 6

    Add salt and pepper powder and mix well

  7. 7

    Grease the pan with few drops of oil and spread batter

  8. 8

    Cook from both sides and serve hot
