Ingredients

  1. 4square Pre Fried Tofu
  2. 3large onion
  3. 2 tbspSpicy sauce / sambal sauce or sambal oelek
  4. 1 tbsplight soy sauce
  5. 2 tspbrown sugar

Cooking Instructions

    With oil deep fry the pre Fried Tofu for 2 minutes till it's Lightly brown then drain and set aside

    With 2 tbsp of oil pan fry the onion for about 1 minute then add in the Sambal oelek and stir to mix

  3. 3

    Add in the light soy sauce and brown sugar and continue to stir fry for another 1 minutes then pour onto the cook Tofu and serve

    Always goes well with white rice
