This is how milk pudding is made, just with less black sesame paste. Fried milk is made the same way: make the milk pudding, then coat it in flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs before frying.

I don't usually eat sweets, but when I do, I prefer them sweeter XD. This recipe is on the sweeter side. If you don't like it too sweet, you can reduce the sugar by about 10 grams.

This is great as a baby food (or finger food). Just remove the sugar and use formula milk instead.

I didn't have fresh milk at home, so I used milk powder mixed with water (I made it a bit thicker XD). If you have fresh milk, you can use that instead.

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cupsmilk (about 300 grams)
  2. 3 tablespoonssugar (about 40 grams)
  3. 2 tablespoonsblack sesame paste (about 30 grams)
  4. 1/4 cupcornstarch (about 30 grams)

Cooking Instructions

    Pour the milk and sugar into a container.

    Smooth the surface quickly (it's okay if it's not perfectly smooth). It will solidify as it cools, so work quickly.
