For a lighter result, use milk instead of heavy cream.

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 10 gramsBlack sesame paste
  2. 10 gramsWhite sesame paste
  3. 5 gramsGelatin
  4. 200 gramsMilk
  5. 200 gramsHeavy cream
  6. 40 gramsSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Soak and soften the gelatin.

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients into a pot and heat.

  3. 3

    Turn the heat off when it's nearly boiling. Add the gelatin and dissolve it.

  4. 4

    Chill in the fridge and serve.
