This is a dessert that was being served at the restaurant my friend used to work. She secretly shared the recipe with me so I uploaded it here.
For a lighter result, use milk instead of heavy cream.
Also, try doubling the amount of black sesame paste.

Cooking Instructions

Soak and soften the gelatin.

Add all other ingredients into a pot and heat.

Turn the heat off when it's nearly boiling. Add the gelatin and dissolve it.

Chill in the fridge and serve.
