Ingredients

at least 1 hr
5 servings
  1. 10 ggelatin
  2. 50 mlwater (room temperature)
  3. 50 mlwater (boiled)
  4. 175 gsilken tofu
  5. 5 tbsphoney (melted / liquid form)
  6. 360 mlunsweetened black sesame soy milk (or regular soy milk)
  7. 1/2 tspalmond extract

Cooking Instructions

    Sprinkle the gelatin in to the room temperature water, make sure it gets dissolved completely. Pour in the hot water and combine well.

    Cut up the tofu in to smaller pieces.

  3. 3

    Put the tofu in a food processor along with the soy milk and honey and combine until smooth

  4. 4

    Run the mixture through a sieve for a smoother taste (optional)

  5. 5

    Combine well with the gelatin mixture

  6. 6

    Pour the mixture into the ramekins and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  7. 7

    Serve after the mixture has been set
