    Suck and wash the ponmo thoroughly 👌 put it in the pot, slice onions, add salt and seasonings. Leave it for 30 mins for it to cook.

    Blend the pepper and onions, put vegetable oil and pour the pepper and first add the ponmo stock, add salt and seasoning, curry and thyme, ginger and garlic and leave it for a while to cook for 10 minutes, then add ponmo and stir till it ready
