Ingredients

  1. 2 cupchop tomatoes
  2. 5green pepper (medium size)
  3. 1 cupvegetable oil
  4. 3 cubeknorr spice
  5. 1tea spoon salt
  6. 2tea spoon garlic (blended)
  7. 1tea spoon ginger (blended)
  8. 2 cupmushroom
  9. 1 cupsliced onions
  10. 0.5 kgchicken
  11. 2 spooncrayfish (blended)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut the chicken into small size

  2. 2

    Put the sliced onions and chicken into a pot

  3. 3

    Add the salt and 1 cube of knorr spice and allow to steam for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Add the vegetable oil and stir for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Add the chop tomatoes and stir for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Add 2 cube of knorr spice, ginger, garlic, crayfish and stir

  7. 7

    Add 1 and a half cup of water and allow to boil for 3 minutes

  8. 8

    Stir and allow to boil for another 3 minutes

  9. 9

    Wash and add the mushroom and allow to boil for 4 minutes

  10. 10

    Stir and allow to boil for 4 minutes

  11. 11

    Add the green pepper and stir, and allow to boil for 2 minutes

  12. 12

    Food is ready, can be serve with rice, noodles and yam
