Sliced Meatballs on Toast

skunkmonkey101 @skunk_monkey101
Growing up our favorite homemade "barbecue sauce" was ketchup and mustard mix together. Fond memories of this flavor.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Toast the bread in a cast iron skillet. Move to a plate. Thinly slice the meatballs. It's easy when they are partially frozen meatballs.
- 2
Lightly fry the meatball slices. Move to a plate and mix with ketchup and mustard.
- 3
Divide the meatballs between 2 slices of bread. Add a top piece of toast to each cut into half. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!!

Meatballs
These meatballs are very moist, garlicky, and juicy with a great beef flavor. They can be used any way you would like; in a marinara sauce, in a sub or slider. As an appetizer. Sliced on pizza or a sandwich. There are endless uses for them ! I do not like dense meatballs so I think the use of the croissants and heavy cream help make these soft and moist.
