Ingredients

  1. 500 gTomato Puree
  2. Palm Oil 1cksp
  3. 1 tbsMaDish Curry Chicken Seasoning Powder
  4. 1 tspCurry Powder
  5. 1/2 tspBlack Pepper Powder
  6. 1 tspOrganic Turmeric
  7. 1 kgCooked Beef
  8. 1/2 CupBeef Stock
  9. 200 gSliced Cabbage
  10. 50 gBlanched Vegetable

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat up oil,when hot,add the beef to fry,flip side for even doneness,when fried till brown but not crispy or dry,drain, set aside

    Now,add tomato puree,set flame on med,stir fry for 1min,add beef stock and others except cabbage & Vegetable

    You may add lil more water if you wish,bring to boil for 3mins,taste to adjust with seasoning,add cabbage & Vegetable,reduce flame to low,stir in

    Once bubbles go round the pot, remove from heat

  5. 5

    Don't cover it,let it cool before covering

  6. 6

    Plate and enjoy with carbs of choice

  7. 7
