    Dice your chicken, carrot, bell pepper, spring onions nd set aside

    Boil your green peas and set aside

    Drain yoir rice and set aside

    In the the pot, put oil add your diced vegetable add salt maggi thyme

  6. 6

    Add in your cooked rice and add curry. Mix well until properly mixed

  7. 7

    Your fred rice is ready to be served
