Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4 piecesSausage (about 100grams)
  2. 1/4 piecesOnion
  3. 1/4 piecesCarrot
  4. 1/4 piecesGreen bell pepper
  5. 4 piecesEggs
  6. 4 bowlsCooked rice
  7. 2 tbspSalad Oil (cooking oil)
  8. As neededSalt
  9. As neededPepper

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop the onion, the carrot and the green bell pepper. Cut the sausages into the small bite size.

    Beat the eggs well. Heat 2 tbsp Salad Oil and pour in eggs. Scramble briskly and remove it.

    Add the onions, the carrots, the green bell peppers and the sausages to the frying pan to fry until fragrant. Then remove it.

    Add cooked rice and fry well. Add salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Return all the other ingredients into the frying pan and combine well with the rice.
