A different method of cooking Cod in the oven , do know that it only takes 10 minutes in the oven , but the Shop bought Cod fish fillets came with instructions on it's Packaging - that of wrapping the 2 small raw Cod fillets in Kitchen Foil and then baking in the oven at Gas Mark 6 for between 20 -23 minutes . I baked mine in Kitchen Foil at Gas Mark 6 for 30 minutes the cooked fish tasted nice

Ingredients

  1. 4 handfulsShop bought frozen chips
  2. 2in One Pack Shop bought Fridge Cod fillets
  3. Salt and Vinegar
  4. 2 tbsp. Shop bought Salad Cream

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to Gas Mark 7. Place the frozen Chips on the Baking Tray and then bake in the oven for 15 minutes and then turn the Chips over

    Place a segment of Kitchen Foil onto the Baking Tray and then place the 2 raw Cod fish fillets into the middle of the Kitchen Foil and then loosely fold the sides over the top and then bake the fish and chips at Gas Mark 6 for 30 minutes

    Transfer cooked Chips too the Dinner Plate first and then add salt and Vinegar, or just Salt and then add about 2 tablespoons Salad Cream to the side of the Dinner Plate and then add the cooked Cod. Enjoy
