During those days in winter when river froze fish is deprived so villagers fry potato instead. It is said that this dish was discovered by American soldiers in Belgium during World War I and since the dominant language of southern Belgium is French they dubbed the tasty potatoes “French” fries. Cooking Instructions

Peel wash & cut potatoes into long strips, strain the water, sprinkle some salt & deep fry in hot oil until crisp & golden then strain from oil & serve.

For the eggs crack them
In a bowl season with salt, whisk add little oil into a frying pan on heat add the egg mixture fry & flip until golden then remove from heat & serve. - 3
Can be served with ketchup or any dipping sauce like red pepper (yaji) e.t.c🍟🍳🍽🥔😋😋😋enjoy! Happy eating!!
