I stop buying any type of chocolate chips the moment I learned how to make mine at home.I also stop buying them because I realized that most of the chocolate chips are not good enough as they have some mix ins or they easily melts in a recipe. This recipe is very easy to pull through, but mind you it’s time consuming! Secondly I don’t have to tell you guys how important it is to use a high quality dark chocolate, all those cheap chocolate will not work to be honest even if they do the result will never be good! And cocoa powder is never an option here no matter how good it is! Before starting the recipe make sure all your equipments are ready to be use you need to be bit fast else the chocolate will solidify.
