DIY dark chocolate chips

I stop buying any type of chocolate chips the moment I learned how to make mine at home.I also stop buying them because I realized that most of the chocolate chips are not good enough as they have some mix ins or they easily melts in a recipe. This recipe is very easy to pull through, but mind you it’s time consuming! Secondly I don’t have to tell you guys how important it is to use a high quality dark chocolate, all those cheap chocolate will not work to be honest even if they do the result will never be good! And cocoa powder is never an option here no matter how good it is! Before starting the recipe make sure all your equipments are ready to be use you need to be bit fast else the chocolate will solidify.

Round and Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies Round and Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies
I wanted to make an easy cookie recipe which used chocolate chips. Please refer to my tips for how to roll the dough. If you make these with butter, it will be a little harder to get the dough to come together after you add the chocolate chips, but when you squeeze the dough you'll be able to roll it into balls. Butter will give the cookies a richer flavor, but they're good made with margarine too. Recipe by Mimikku cookpad.japan -

Darn Good Chocolate Chip Cookies Darn Good Chocolate Chip Cookies
I've tried many chocolate chip cookie recipes and I have found that my preference is for a cookie that is crispy around the edges, is chewy in the center, and is not too flat. This recipe fills the bill. I think that the addition of lemon juice has something to do with this. Don't worry, you won't taste the lemon. I've also specified Hershey's chocolate chips instead of Nestle's chocolate morsels. You can use the Nestle's if you have them, but try to give the Hershey's chips a try. I really like their flavor better. Adam Janowski
