Ingredients

About 20 min
2-4 ppl
  1. 3 cupsmacaroni noodles
  2. 5-6 cupswater
  3. 1 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  4. 1 tspmustard
  5. 2 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspblack or white pepper
  7. 1/4 tspground rosemary
  8. 1-2 tspwhite or apple cider vinegar
  9. 1/2 tspbalsamic vinegar optional
  10. 1 tspdried dill
  11. 4eggs
  12. 1small onion
  13. 1 tbspsweet relish
  14. 1garlic clove
  15. 1-2 canstiny shrimp
  16. 1/4water
  17. 1 pinchsugar

Cooking Instructions

About 20 min
  1. 1

Turn on water and bring to a boil and I pinch of salt. Add noodles. I used spiral. Boil eggs either before or at same time. Drain noodles and let cool

  2. 2

After eggs boil for about 10-12 minutes. Turn off and drain out water and put cold water over the eggs. Keep the eggs in water until ready to peel.

  3. 3

Chop onions, garlic set aside. Peel and cut up eggs. With noodles in a bowl put in onions, garlic, eggs and all the other ingredients. Drain the liquid out of the tiny shrimp. You can use tuna as an alternative.

  4. 4

Now you want to thin out just a little bit the salad. So take 1/4 c water and add slowly stop and stir halfway through. If it’s nice and creamy stop there. The macaroni will absorb moisture so now is the best time to make it creamy. Adjust salt to your taste and refrigerate until cool. If a little tart add a pinch of sugar

  5. 5

Serve as a side dish or by itself.
