Ingredients

Prep time -10 mins, Baking time -30 mins
2-3 servings
  1. 6large tomatoes
  2. 1 sprigfresh parsley leaves
  3. 1/4 cupEVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
  4. 5-6garlic cloves
  5. 1/4 cupArborio rice
  6. 1/8 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  8. 1medium size onion
  9. Garnish with EVOO, fresh parsley leaves

Cooking Instructions

Prep time -10 mins, Baking time -30 mins

    Wash the tomatoes well, cut its head, scoop out the inside and add the insides to a blender with onion, garlic cloves, parsley leaves, salt and pepper

    Blend smooth

    Add the Arborio rice on it and blend smooth again

  4. 4

    In a baking dish add EVOO and add the tomatoes, add the filling and add extra Arborio rice and refrigerate for 30 mins

  5. 5

    Pre heat oven to 180 deg C and put the baking dish in the oven to bake 30 mins, once baking done, while still hot drizzle EVOO and enjoy as a part of side meal
