  4. 120 gSliced almonds
  5. 2 tablespoonsSliced pistachios

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    In a saucepan, combine butter, honey, pistachios, and sugar. Heat until the mixture boils briefly and the sugar dissolves.

    Remove from heat and stir in the sliced almonds, ensuring they are well coated.

    Spoon small amounts of the mixture into each mould, just enough to cover the bottom.

    Bake for about 12 minutes at 180°C, until golden and caramelized.

    Allow to cool. Optionally, coat the bottom with melted dark chocolate or drizzle chocolate on top.
