Peanut butter and mixed dry fruit cake

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven for 10-15 minutes on medium.
Mix butter, sugar, honey until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix.... Then oil and mix add peanut butter and mix add flavour of choice and mix till well incorporated... Your mixture will be so creamy..

Mix flour with baking powder and add to the above mix and fold to have flour free batter, add 2/3 of the of mixed dry fruits and fold.

Grease and dust the baking dish... Pour the batter, level with spatula and sprinkle the remaining 1/3 dry fruits on top and bake for 30 - 40 min.

My mom found this cake recipe online, printed the recipe, and has not been able to find it since. My son is 9 years old which means I have been partially blind for almost 10 years. I am juvenile diabetic and the pregnancy with my son was very hard on my body, especially my eyes. I've had many eye surguries. Because of my eye problems, I had to go on disability, which doesn't pay much. My boyfriend is going to graduate college in May of this year. He attends school and work full-time. However, like many Americans, we live paycheck to paycheck. This is why we can't afford to buy my mom a nice gift. So, I'm making her b'day dinner and this delish cake
