Toast bread with Sunnyside filling

Yummy, crunchy, breakfast / snack

Ingredients

  1. 4sliced bread
  2. 2eggs
  3. Margarine
  4. Veg oil
  5. Honey
  6. Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat a 2 spoonfuls of veg oil in a sauce pan, break 1 egg into it without whisking. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and fry in a low heat, turn the other side till cooked with the York intact facing the top to make a sunny side.

    Spread your margarine on on part of the sliced bread and honey on the other part.

    Insert your sunny side on one part and cover with the other part.

  4. 4

    Grease your frying pan with a little margarine and heat up. Place the stuffed bread on the heated pan and toast while turning each sides till golden brown.

    Serve with hot cocoa, tea, fresh juice, or milk.
