Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsButter
  2. 2 cupsFlour
  3. 3/4 cupsSugar
  4. 2 tspsVanilla essence
  5. nuts Toasted chopped of your choice (optional)
  6. 1/2 cupoats Rolled -
  7. 3 - 4 tbspsMaple syrup
  8. Raspberry compote

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Beat butter till light n fluffy.

  2. 2

    Mix in flour,sugar,essence n beat til wel incorporated.

  3. 3

    Add the nuts and oats knead til a soft dough is formed.

  4. 4

    Add maple syrup accordingly so tht th dough has right consistentcy(not too dry/or wet). If no maple syrup add extra 25-30g butter.

    Make small balls n place on a baking tray lined wth butter paper.

  6. 6

    Make an indent with ur thumb on th balls and fill it wth compote.

  7. 7

    Bake at a 150deg preheated oven for 10-15 mins. It mayb soft while removing but wil set upon cooling! 😊
