Ingredients

  1. 1feet Long of lotus roots
  2. 2 tbspSichuan peppercorn

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and thinly slice the lotus roots

  2. 2

    Layer on a baking tray and drizzle with some oil

  3. 3

    Season generously with Sichuan peppercorn and bake it at 170 C for 1 hour minute, flipping over after 30 minutes
