Ingredients

  1. 1onion
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 10 mlsoil
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/4of a cabbage

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the cabbage and cut the tomatoes into medium size peices.

    Cut the onions and tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan. Add the onions and fry until soft.

  4. 4

    Add in tomatoes and fry until soft. Stir and cover. Then add salt and finally add in the chopped cabbage.

    Stir then add in some water (1/4 cup) and cover.

  6. 6

    Cook for 15 minutes and serve with Ugali.
