I made this for my lunch. Though it was only vegetables it tasted fine. I would recommend this for any one.

Ingredients

  1. 1onion- diced
  2. 2tomatoes - chopped
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. 1/4cabbage shredded
  5. 1/4 tsproyco
  6. 1/4 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Put oil in a Sufuria and Heat in medium heat.

    Then add the diced onions. Fry until slightly brown.

  3. 3

    Then add the tomatoes and stir. Stir for 5 minutes. Then add salt to taste.

  4. 4

    Then add the shredded cabbage and stir.

  5. 5

    Stir for 3 minutes then add a little water and cover it.

  6. 6

    Cover and cook for 12 minutes. Then serve.

  7. 7

    Serve with Ugali.
