Cooking Instructions

Boil your water to wash your stock fish and then you Steam your meat while steaming add your stock fish after washing,when your meat is boiled

You add your onions and pepper with crayfish,allow to steam for 5 mins and then you add your 4 cubes of knorr cubes allow to steam for another 5mins

Then you add your palm oil to steam for 7mins,dissolve your already blended egusi in water and add them with your cooking spoon,cover to boil for 5mins, then you add your vegetables and after 2 mins your served

With either fufu,eba or poundo yam
