Cabbage Ugali
This is good nutritious food. It is full of roughage
Cooking Instructions

Put oil in a pan and heat.

Add onions and fry until slightly brown

Add tomatoes and fry till soft

Then add the chopped cabbage and stir.

Stir until it reduces in size then add salt
- 6
Add 1/4 cup of water to prevent it from burning.

Cover and allow to boil for 10 minutes.
- 8
Serve with Ugali
