Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 kgchicken
  2. 5fresh pepper
  3. 1bulb onion
  4. 1knorr cube
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1 tspcrushed garlic and ginger
  7. olive oil cooking spray

Cooking Instructions

    Wash chicken and drain; preheat oven 260degree

  2. 2

    Blend pepper, onions, garlic and ginger and set aside; add 2tbsp of pepper paste and toss into the chicken leave it to marinate as long as you wish and send it to the oven

  3. 3

    Heat up a small pot and spray your cooking spray into the pot, add the blended paste and fry till the paste is cooked through

  4. 4

    Once the chicken is grilled complete, toss in the a tablespoon of the fried paste into the grilled chicken and mix together enjoy with a bottle of lemon chilled water
