Tried this on a whim. Turned out really good! Kids loved it! And they usually hate the chicken I make. ~(o.o)~

Preheat oven to 425. Coat cooking sheet with spray.

Cut up chicken into 1inch cubes.

Put olive oil in a bowl of some sort. Add chicken to oil and toss to coat.

Mix together cereal, panko, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag or bowl.

Dredge or shake small amounts of nuggets in crumbs.

Place or the baking sheet.

Place on the baking sheet.

Take out. Cool. And enjoy.
