Ingredients

  1. 4 cupall purpose flour
  2. 1 sachetsmall unsalted butter
  3. 1egg
  4. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  5. 1/2 cupsugar
  6. 2 tablespoonpowdered milk
  7. Handfulraisin
  8. vanilla extract
  9. 1/3seed nutmeg
  10. 1/3 cupgrated coconut
  11. Little water

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven with temp 100c.Soak the raisin in alcohol.

    Oil baking tray.Get a dry bowl,sieve flour,add baking powder,sugar,milk,grate nutmeg add with vanilla extract,mix correctly.

    Break egg whisk add with the butter, mix very well then add very little water.Roll the soft paste in a board with a rolling pin, then use cookies cutter to cut and arrange in the baking tray.

    Sprinkle grated coconut and place raisin in the middle of each cookie.

    Place cookies in the oven and bake for 13min.
