Ingredients

2 serving
  1. 2 cupmelon soup (ground)
  2. 1 bunchpumpkin (sliced)
  3. 5fresh pepper (blend)
  4. 1onion bulb (blend)
  5. 1 teaspoonthyme
  6. 1 teaspooncurry
  7. 1kilo beef
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1/2palm oil
  10. 6 cubemaggi
  11. 2 tablespooncray(ground)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash beef with salt very well put in neat pot, add Maggi,salt,curry,thyme.

    Boil the beef for 20min,add pepper, onion, crayfish allow to boil for 5min

    Add palm oil for 2min.Then pour egusi in a plate then add little water stir and pour in the pot.

    Allow to boil for 1min then add pumpkin leaf stir soup is ready.

    Soup is ready. Get another pot pour water 2 cup allow to boil.

    Once the water begins to boil make a batter from the semo

  7. 7

    Pour batter in the boiling water then add demo little by little and stir with wooden stick

  8. 8

    Until it is semi solid. Semi is ready.

    Serve food in a plate and enjoy ur meal.
